Services: Duncanson Company prepared the preliminary plat, represented the project at public hearing, prepared engineering design for road, storm water, sewer and water supply; provided construction staking services; prepared the final plat; and prepared site and drainage BMP plans for permitting of the individual homes. This project incorporates a wetvault for removing pollutants from stormwater followed by an infiltration pond.
